Back in October my business partner David suggested that we meet up with Kent Rhodes. Kent is a South African business coach providing expert advice to business owners in Essex and Kent.
Could we afford it? Was it a useful exercise? Has Kent added value to us as a business and personally?
What I liked about Kent was his no bullshit down to earth approach.
Our first homework was the "six steps" DVD - I wish I had seen in 10 years ago when I first set up Compliant Solutions Limited.
Those of you with a fixed mindset - move on, Action Coach is not for you. Having an open mind is essential - enjoy the ride.
